SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Child and adult care; licensure determinations. Provides that determination by the Commissioner of the State Department of Social Services as to whether an assisted living facility, adult day care center, or child welfare agency is subject to licensure shall not be considered a case decision as defined in § 2.2-4001.
