SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Notice to localities and property owners of application for use of bottomland. Requires the Marine Resources Commission to provide written notification of the receipt of an application for an oyster lease or a permit for the placement of temporary enclosure to adjacent property owners and localities where the lease or temporary enclosure is to be located. The applicant is responsible for paying the costs of notifying the property owners and localities.
