However, if the existence of the fee agreement itself is privileged information, then such executed contract and the written determination made pursuant to subsection B shall not be posted on the website of the Governor or Attorney General, as applicable, for public inspection until the contract’s existence is no longer privileged. Such contract shall be posted within five business days after its existence is no longer privileged and shall remain posted on the website for the duration of the contract or one year thereafter, whichever is longer.
