“Farm winery” includes an accredited public or private institution of higher education provided that (i) no wine manufactured by the institution shall be sold, (ii) the wine manufactured by the institution shall be used solely for research and educational purposes, (iii) the wine manufactured by the institution shall be stored on the premises of such farm winery that shall be separate and apart from all other facilities of the institution, and (iv) such farm winery is operated in strict conformance with the requirements of this sentence and Board regulations.
