SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hearings by House Committee on Privileges and Elections; report. Directs the House Committee on Privileges and Elections to hold hearings beginning no later than seven calendar days following passage of this resolution to inquire as to the conduct of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth, examine the constitutional bases for impeachment, and recommend to the House of Delegates whether the House should or should not impeach Attorney General Mark Herring.
