George Mason University is hereby granted approval to enter a capital lease to provide additional research space on the Fairfax campus.  The university may consolidate existing leases due to expire during the current biennium by utilizing space available to support research programs in the Commerce I and II Buildings.  Any new lease may not exceed twenty-five years, and may provide for the university to take possession of the facility at the expiration of such lease.
