SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Court-Appointed Special Advocate Program. Allows Court-Appointed Special Advocate volunteer appointments to continue for youth ages 18 and older who are in foster care when the juvenile court has retained jurisdiction and the judge determines such services are appropriate.
