SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Prescription Monitoring Program; disclosure method. Specifies that when the Director, in his discretion, discloses information that is in the possession of the program concerning a recipient who is over the age of 18 to that recipient, the information shall be mailed to the street or mailing address indicated on the recipient request form. This bill is identical to HB 923.
