SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Human trafficking; penalties. Creates new felonies for trafficking in persons for forced labor or sexual servitude. The bill adds definitions of coercion, commercial sexual activity, debt bondage, and serious harm. This bill was incorporated into SB 373.
