SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Allegations of untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertising; real estate licensees. Provides that an allegation that a real estate licensee has engaged in untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertising shall be stated with particularity. This bill is identical to HB 259.

Signing of pleadings, motions, and other papers; real estate licensees. Proscribes an individual from alleging a real estate licensee has engaged in untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertising unless such licensee has been charged, indicted, or convicted regarding such conduct.
