SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
DMAS; work search requirements for newly eligible Medicaid enrollees. Requires that, if Virginia expands Medicaid eligibility pursuant to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Department of Medical Assistance Services apply for a waiver of certain Medicaid program requirements to establish a work search requirement for newly eligible working-age unemployed enrollees and to report on its progress to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2014.
