SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charges for additional services provided by a marriage celebrant. Allows a person other than a minister who is authorized to celebrate the rites of marriage to negotiate payment for any services in addition to the marriage ceremony that are agreed to by the celebrant and the couple.
