SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Funeral services, cremation. Provides that, in cases where no next of kin, designated person, or agent is available, any person over 18 years of age who is able to provide visual identification of a deceased and is willing to pay the costs of cremation may do so, as part of the requirements for cremation.
