SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Judgment on affidavit in action upon contract or note; grounds for dismissal. Provides that in an action upon a contract or note for which the plaintiff is entitled to judgment on an affidavit the plaintiff shall be entitled to a continuance in the event of a defect in the affidavit.
