SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Bipartisan Virginia Redistricting Commission. Provides for a statewide referendum on the question of whether a bipartisan advisory commission should be created to propose redistricting plans for the House of Delegates, state Senate, and congressional districts. The referendum would be held at the November 2014 statewide election, and the results would be advisory only.
