SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Temporary detention; time during which a person may be held. Provides that a person held pursuant to a temporary detention order shall be held for at least 24 hours but no more than 72 hours. Currently, a person may be held pursuant to a temporary detention order for up to 48 hours. This bill incorporates SB 424.
