SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; State Board of Elections; duties of general registrars; report. Requests the State Board of Elections to study the evolution of the role, duties, and responsibilities of general registrars in the Commonwealth. The study shall be conducted by a work group consisting of at least one member of the State Board of Elections, members of the local electoral boards, general registrars, and other persons as the State Board of Elections deems necessary.
