SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elections; separation of ballots. Removes the requirement that mechanical voting devices and ballots approved for use in elections must be capable of segregating ballots containing write-in votes from all other ballots. The bill also repeals the requirement that separate ballot containers are to be provided in primary elections.
