SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Notaries; prohibitions on advertising; notice requirement. Provides that notaries who engage in advertising shall include in such advertising statements that the notary is not licensed to practice law and provides for fines and other penalties for failing to include the required notices in advertising.
