SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Duty to seize or kill a dog killing or injuring livestock or poultry. Provides that a local animal control officer or other officer shall have a duty to seize or kill a dog found in the act of killing or injuring livestock or poultry. Current law provides that the officer shall have a duty to kill the dog.
