SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Prevent the closure of all training centers in the Commonwealth. Provides that all training centers in the Commonwealth shall remain open and continue to accept new patients, despite the plan of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to close all training centers.
