SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Active duty military health care providers; practice at public and private health care facilities. Clarifies that the exemption from licensure requirements for active duty military health care providers applies to active duty health care providers providing health services at any public or private health care facilities in accordance with their official military orders. This bill includes an emergency clause.
