SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; notice for requests to examine association records. Provides that, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the right of examination of association books and records may be exercised upon five business days' written notice for a professionally managed association and 10 business days' written notice for a self-managed association, which notice reasonably identifies the purpose for the request and the specific books and records of the association requested.
