SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Practice of medicine and other healing arts; unprofessional conduct; purchase of prescription drugs from unlicensed wholesale distributor. Adds knowingly purchasing prescription drugs from an unlicensed wholesale distributor to the list of actions that constitute unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and other healing arts. This bill is carried over pursuant to Rule 22 of the House.
