SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; allow passengers to consume alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle or boat operated by a common carrier. Allows passengers in motor vehicles or boats operated by a restricted common carrier or contract passenger carrier to consume alcoholic beverages. Under current law, passengers are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages only on a chartered boat.
