Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; expedited evictions for nonremediable breaches; continued disturbances of the peace. Provides for an expedited evictions process under the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act for continued disturbances of the peace. The bill also reorganizes the provisions in the Act pertaining to expedited evictions for nonremediable breaches.
