SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; contract winemaking facility; nonpayment. Allows a contract winemaking facility to sell the wine it produced if the terms of payment have not been fulfilled in accordance with the contract with the winery or farm winery that supplied the grapes or other agricultural products.
