SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

The Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates; membership. Requires one of the citizen members appointed by the Governor to serve on the Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates to be a person who served and has been honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States or in the organized reserve forces of any of the armed services of the United States or of the Virginia National Guard.
