SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates; membership. Provides that of the 15 to 20 nonlegislative citizen members of the Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates appointed by the Governor, at least one such member shall have served in the armed forces of the United States or in the organized reserve forces of any of the armed services of the United States or of the Virginia National Guard.
