SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elections; absentee voting; special annual applications for absentee ballots for certain voters. Adds physician assistants and nurse practitioners to the list of health providers who may sign the statement verifying a voter's eligibility to vote by absentee ballot due to a disability or illness that accompanies such a voter's special annual application to receive absentee ballots for all elections for which he is eligible to vote in a calendar year.
