SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of certain muzzleloading pistols. Allows the use of muzzleloading pistols of .50 caliber or larger that use at least 50 grains of black powder or black powder equivalent when hunting game birds and animals in certain counties east and west of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The bill contains technical changes.
