SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Ignition interlock; time for installation. Permits a court to delay the installation of an ignition interlock for a period of time not to exceed 30 days from the date of conviction of an offense of driving under the influence. The bill provides that the period of time that the interlock is in effect commences on the date specified in the court order.
