SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Expulsion of students for certain drugs offenses. Provides that a school administrator, pursuant to school board policy, may determine that a disciplinary action other than expulsion is appropriate for drug offenses and clarifies that students who have committed drug offenses are not required to be expelled regardless of the facts of the particular situation.
