SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE); expansion. Directs the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to expand PACE through a Request-for-Applications process. The bill provides that DMAS shall issue Requests for Applications for new service areas within 30 days of receiving a written request from any organization to pursue PACE expansion or start-up.
