Elections; central absentee voter precincts. Removes the requirement that a central absentee voter precinct that is allowed by the general registrar to open after 6:00 a.m. on the day of the election must open before noon on the day of the election.

H.B. 104 Chief and assistant chief election officers; appointment, qualifications and terms of officers.

Elections; officers of elections; chief and assistant chief election officers. Allows the chief and assistant chief election officers to be nonpartisan if a representative for one or both of the two political parties receiving the highest and next highest number of votes in the preceding gubernatorial election is unavailable.
