Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That Fairfax County shall be permitted to determine copayment responsibilities for families receiving child-care subsidy based on a local sliding scale that sets copayment amounts between 2.5 and 10 percent of the families' countable monthly income.
