Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The entire length of Interstate Route 495 (Capital Beltway) in Virginia is hereby designated the "Disabled American Veterans Highway." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
