Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-3117.1 as follows:

§ 2.2-3117.1. Disclosure of gifts to their immediate families by the Governor and Attorney General.

The Governor, Attorney General, and candidates for Governor and Attorney General shall append to their statement of economic interests filed pursuant to § 2.2-3117 a supplementary response to Item 5 and Schedule E to provide the information required for the members of their immediate families.
