Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 44-146.18:01 as follows:

§ 44-146.18:01. State agency components of the State Emergency Operations Plan required; annual submission.

The State Department of Emergency Management shall determine each state agency that is required to prepare and keep current a supporting component of the State Emergency Operations Plan. Each agency designated by the Department shall submit its component of the State Emergency Operations Plan annually.
