HOUSE BILL NO. 988 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources on February 5, 2014) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Cline) A BILL requiring the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to work cooperatively in providing coyote control information.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1.That the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall work cooperatively, and with federal, state, and local agencies, as may be advisable, to provide information and promote programs that are available to landowners, livestock producers, and other individuals who are seeking assistance with coyote control concerns.
