HOUSE BILL NO. 538 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee on Rules on February 21, 2014) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Plum) A BILL to amend and reenact § 30-329 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Autism Advisory Council; sunset extended.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-329 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-329. (Expires July 1, 2014) Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2014 2017.
