Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-329 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-329. (Expires July 1, 2014) Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2014 [ 2017 2015 ] .
