HOUSE BILL NO. 206 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee for Courts of Justice on February 3, 2014) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Hope) A BILL to require four-year public institutions of higher education to list available mental health resources on website.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Each four-year public institution of higher education shall create and feature on its website a page with information dedicated solely to the mental health resources available to students at the institution.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2015.
