CHAPTER 567 An Act to amend and reenact § 23-75 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the University of Virginia Board of Visitors; executive committee. [H 465] Approved April 4, 2014

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 23-75 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 23-75. Executive committee of board.

At every regular annual meeting of the board, the members shall appoint an executive committee for the transaction of business in the recess of the board, which shall consist of not less than three nor more than six seven members, to serve for the period of one year or until the next regular annual meeting.
