CHAPTER 268 An Act to amend and reenact § 16.1-69.35:2 of the Code of Virginia, relating to recording of proceedings in district courts. [H 161] Approved March 24, 2014

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 16.1-69.35:2 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 16.1-69.35:2. Recording of proceedings in district courts.

Proceedings An audio recording of proceedings in a general district court may be tape recorded made by a party or his counsel.
