SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
DSS; amend the state plan for foster care and adoption assistance to include payments for individuals up to age 21. Directs the Department of Social Services to develop amendments to the state plan for foster care and adoption assistance, including proposals for amendments to existing statutes and regulations, necessary to extend the payment of foster care and adoption assistance for individuals up to the age of 21, and to report on its progress in implementing the provisions of the act no later than October 1, 2014, and quarterly thereafter.
