Alcoholic beverage control; government stores; agents of Board. Provides that certain licensed distillers who are appointed agents of the ABC Board may blend or produce spirits using (1) copper or stainless steel pot stills or (2) the maceration of natural fruits, nuts, grains, beans, and spices in neutral grain spirits to extract natural flavors.
