F. A candidate for the General Assembly and local or constitutional office may seek an exemption claiming a hardship due to indigence from the requirements for electronically filing the campaign finance disclosure reports set out in this chapter. The request for an exemption shall be filed on a form prescribed by the State Board and in accordance with instructions by the State Board.
