SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Recognition of the Appalachian Cherokee Nation. Recognizes the existence within the Commonwealth of the Appalachian Cherokee Nation of Virginia and the United Cherokee Indian Tribe of Virginia, Inc. This resolution incorporates SJ 326 and SJ 354.
