SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Commonwealth Transportation Board; circumstances for removal from office by the Governor. Provides that the Governor may remove any citizen member of the Commonwealth Transportation Board from office for malfeasance, misfeasance, incompetence, or gross neglect of duty. Currently, such members of the Board may be removed by the Governor at his pleasure.
